- CLaiRity Health empowers you to access, better understand, and engage with your personal health information, with help from CLaiR, your private, friendly AI health assistant.
- Your health information is encrypted and stored locally on your device. When you interact with CLaiR, your information may be temporarily and securely processed by our servers but is never stored permanently.
- We do not sell, mine, profile, or use your health information for AI training. You control your data and who, if anyone, you choose to share it with.
- Your privacy rights, including GDPR protections, are fully respected. You have the right to access, delete, and control your personal information.
How CLaiRity Health Works

CLaiRity Health connects to your existing patient portal accounts to retrieve your health records. We use secure, industry-standard APIs and OAuth protocols to access your data with your explicit permission.

Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time:
- Delete your account and all data instantly through the app
- All personal health information is permanently removed
- Connection to provider portals is revoked
- No data retention after account deletion
Your data belongs to you - we make deletion simple and complete.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will:
